We support the association “Fördergemeinschaft Deutsche Kinderherzzentren e.V.“ in Bonn and also other cardiac centres for children like St. Augustin. Projects are funded in the field of sciences and research, training and education, support of public health in the framework of children cardiac surgery. The objective is to improve the treatment of cardiac children, to eliminate personnel and technical bottlenecks in Germany, to improve research and development in the field of children cardiac surgery so that more children with congenital heart defects could be cured and that their chances of survival increase. It’s the same for some developing countries in order to reduce the infant mortality.
